Job summary

Giarratana, a premier Nashville real estate development firm, seeks an Experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial complexities of landmark projects. The role focuses on multi-entity accounting, job costing, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting in a high-volume environment.

On-site position with exposure to corporate and development entities. Ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of corporate or construction accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate or construction accounting experience.
• Background in Real Estate preferred but not required.
• Sage Intacct and Yardi experience a plus; strong Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Entity Oversight: manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities.
• Construction Accounting: handle job costing and budgets for high-rise developments.
• Intercompany Management: reconcile intercompany transactions and transfers.
• Financial Reporting: prepare balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports.
• Audit Support: assist with workpapers for external tax and auditors.
