• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Nonprofit accounting experience including grants or funding sources.
• Experience with full-cycle month-end close and financial reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full month-end close process, including journal entries, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounting and financial oversight for a portfolio of programs with multiple funding sources.
• Analyze financial performance, investigate variances, and provide insights to finance and program leadership.
• Ensure accurate accounting and compliance across grants, government contracts, Medicaid, insurance reimbursements, and other revenue streams.
• Support annual audits, financial reporting initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Hands-on experience with full-cycle month-end close, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to independently manage multiple programs, prioritize deadlines, and collaborate with operational leadership.
• Experience with nonprofit ERP systems, healthcare reimbursement, payroll, or audit support is a strong plus.
