CFS, in partnership with Family Service of Rhode Island, seeks a Senior Accountant to own the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of programs in a nonprofit setting. You will work with program leadership and senior finance executives to ensure accurate reporting in a complex funding environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience is required.
• Nonprofit accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with grants, government funding, or healthcare reimbursement is a plus.
• ERP systems and Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
