SNI Financial is partnering with a premier real estate developer to hire multiple Senior Accountants to support corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity platform.

What You'll Do:

• Support month-end close, financial statement prep, and variance analysis across 40+ entities
• Record corporate entries (accruals, eliminations, fee income) and perform reconciliations
• Manage overhead allocations, coding structures, and project accounting setup
• Maintain fixed assets and support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner cross-functionally to improve systems, reporting, and controls
• Drive process improvements through automation and best practices

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or parts passed required
• 2-4 years of progressive experience; public accounting experience is preferred
• Real estate or investment accounting experience is a plus
• Strong Excel and ERP experience (JD Edwards preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is a plus
