Qualifications

• 3+ years of well-rounded accounting experience.
• Experience in a project-based accounting environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with construction or real estate accounting would be a significant advantage.
• Comfortable working with financial schedules, reconciliations, and detailed project data.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working within accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage core accounting activities across multiple entities.
• Support monthly financial reporting and closing activities.
• Track the financial performance of active construction and development projects.
• Maintain accurate project costs, billing information, and supporting documentation.
• Handle account reconciliations and assist with AP and AR functions.
• Provide accounting support for real estate/property operations.
• Assist with payroll and other recurring accounting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and systems.
