Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 6-8+ years of total accounting experience, with at least 2+ years at the Senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of monthly close and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices in reporting.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, policies, and internal controls.
• Ensure timely filing of state and federal licensing and reporting requirements.
• Support audits and tax advisors with documentation and analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to review GL activity and streamline reporting.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
