Qualifications

• 3+ years of project-based accounting in manufacturing or construction.
• Hands-on in full-cycle financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience with job-costing and cost control.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger integrity and month-end closes, including reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports with variance analysis.
• Develop cash flow statements, forecasts, and budgets to identify liquidity risks.
• Track project revenues and costs to maintain accurate job-cost data.
• Analyze profitability by project, product, and customer to explain variances.
• Collaborate with management and operations to resolve costing discrepancies.
