Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Senior Accountant in Irvine, CA. This permanent, full-time role sits in a six-person accounting team within a growing manufacturing company, offering a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote).

The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 per year, plus a discretionary 10% bonus, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match benefits. Experience in GL, inventory costing, payroll, and US GAAP is required.

Qualifications

• Senior accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong GL experience: journal entries, reconciliations, close.
• Inventory accounting with standard costing knowledge.
• Payroll accounting experience: entries, accruals, reconciliations.
• US GAAP knowledge and internal controls for manufacturing.
• ERP systems proficiency and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Organizational and communication skills to meet deadlines.

• Lead month-end close processes and reconciliations.
