Job summary

American Locker in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage month-end close, reconcile ledgers, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

In this role, you will oversee accounts receivable, revenue recognition, manufacturing costing, and internal controls while collaborating with operations and external auditors. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and general ledger principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as part of the monthly close cycle.
• Oversee AR aging, invoicing accuracy, and collections activity.
• Collaborate with Operations to gather ERP cost data and inventory analyses.
• Maintain financial SOPs and assist in external audit preparation.
• Support data queries and reporting automation across ERP systems.
