$45.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Position Details

Senior Accountant (Hybrid) at SolomonEdwards, a contract-to-hire role based in Souderton, PA.

The Senior Accountant will handle accounting, controls, and performance management of the company’s Accounts Payable functions. Accuracy and meeting deadlines within company policies are essential. The role also involves supporting the Supply Chain Team with analysis and reporting, requiring strong relationship skills and the ability to add value to the accounting function.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance reporting controls
• Manage reconciliations and accruals for inventory, AP, and purchases
• Maintain dashboards for AP and purchase orders
• ERP expertise in revenue and costing configurations
• Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics for weekly payments
• Ensure 3-way match on purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Organize and archive payment documentation
• Conduct inventory analysis and expense reviews
• Forecast revenue for contracts and completion percentages

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• At least five years of accounting experience
• Strong background in AP processing
• Excellent communication and partnership skills
• Experience with small to mid-size industrial firms
• ERP systems knowledge, especially Global Shop Solutions and OneStream, is a plus
• Seeking growth-oriented accountants or analysts
• Experience in manufacturing or publicly traded companies is advantageous
• Self-motivated with a flexible approach and growth mindset
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of business processes and controls

Salary: $45/hr to $50/hr
