Job Details

• Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Execute assigned processes, such as signing loan documents, preparing affidavits, organizing physical/electronic files, answering emails, and communicating process issues critical to other departments.
2. Scan, copy, print, and redact legal documents.
3. Recommend operational process improvements.
4. Create and maintain process and procedural documentation.
5. Handle client data securely and promptly according to client standards.
6. Train team members to maintain standards and follow procedures.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Notary Public in your state is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
