Job summary

DeliverIt Group in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage complex accounting needs and directly engage with executives on financial strategy.

You will lead the accounting team, drive accuracy and process improvements, ensure GAAP compliance, and prepare documentation for external auditors and semi-annual audits with the CFO. Strong Excel skills and experience with FreshBooks and QuickBooks are required. Spanish language encouraged.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting personnel in daily tasks.
• Review financial data to forecast decisions.
• Recommend cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement strategies.
• Prepare documentation for external auditors.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert CFO.
• Coordinate semi-annual audits with CFO.
• Reconcile accounts monthly for accurate reporting.
• Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.
