Responsibilities

• Prepare payroll journal entries and maintain payroll rosters for analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting analyses as needed.
• Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare monthly trend analyses and tax data for review.
• Assist with forecasts, budgets, and SOX/COSO compliance.
• Back up controller duties and assist with AP/billing when needed.
