Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 4+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent work in a fast-paced environment with good time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the month-end/year-end closing process.
• Analyze monthly fluctuations across the balance sheet and P&L.
• Perform month-end balance sheet reconciliations per US GAAP.
• Conduct variance analysis and budgets vs. actuals.
• Research and resolve reconciling items and report to management.
