Job summary

Archer Lewis is seeking a Senior Accountant to lead client accounting engagements, oversee month-end close, and apply advanced accounting and tax knowledge. The role includes mentoring teammates and driving process improvements, with a base salary of $95,000–$110,000 and discretionary bonus in a hybrid work setup after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounting engagements, month-end close, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and support schedules.
• Lead GAAP and tax research and apply findings to client situations.
• Provide mentoring and contribute to process improvements across the firm.

You will serve as a trusted technical resource for the team, applying your advanced accounting and tax knowledge to resolve challenges, guide decision‑making, and uphold firm standards.
