About the Job

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. This is full-time onsite in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for closing the books at the start of the month
• Review P&L and Balance sheet reconciliations
• Process intercompany billing for various properties
• Process AP and cut checks for the various properties
• Regularly review balance sheets with finance team to make sure they are accurate.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred
