Job summary

Randstad USA in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Accountant for an immediate temporary role with potential for extension. You will manage month-end close, intercompany reporting, and quarterly/annual reporting to Corporate in a fast-paced entertainment industry environment.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Oracle and month-end close processes. This is a first-shift, on-site opportunity with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with Oracle and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Conductor month-end and quarter-end close and ownership of journal entries, reconciliations and analyses.
• Lead full cycle intercompany processes and reporting for divisions; liaise with internal and external partners.
• Participate in quarterly and annual reporting to Corporate.
• Perform flux analysis on Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
• Participate in SOX testing, audits, and annual tax package preparation.
• Provide backup coverage in other accounting areas.
• Contribute to department and organization special projects.
