Nordex Group is seeking an Accountant to support North American entities, maintaining financial records, assisting with reporting, and ensuring IFRS and internal controls compliance. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive accurate financial close and decision-support insights.

The successful candidate will bring 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with strong accounting grounding.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting and audits.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting schedules.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and advise management.
• Record and reconcile general ledger transactions with accuracy.
• Manage fixed asset accounting including depreciation, transfers, and disposals.
• Administer lease accounting under IFRS 16 and support audits and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes and journal entries.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/Treasury to support reconciliations and close.
• Contribute to process improvements and accounting policy adherence.
