Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience with GAAP compliance and year-end close processes.
• Experience with Workday GL/AR (GA@WORK) preferred.
• Experience with federal funding and multi-source accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups).

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal/state AR and capital asset accounting.
• Manage year-end close and produce financial reports.
• Analyze general ledger balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Apply GAAP within the accounting system and ensure compliance.
• Assist with developing new financial policies across departments.
