Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least 4 years of progressive experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP, project costing and financial processes.
• Experience with foreign currencies is preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and data entry.
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with management, staff and clients.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Background check required by policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Review general accounting and bookkeeping to compile a complete trial balance.
• Maintain lease accounting system and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Prepare month-end accrual entries and related reversals.
• Prepare audit schedules and research GAAP for compliance.
• Process monthly and month-end financial reporting packages.
• Post system-generated journal entries and inter-company reconciliations.
• Review foreign currency exchange transactions and related records.
