Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; 4+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and project costing.
• Experience with foreign currencies and related accounting processes preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and general ledger systems.
• Ability to manage workload and communicate effectively with management and clients.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare general accounting and bookkeeping records for trial balance.
• Maintain lease accounting and reconcile to the general ledger.
• Process month-end accruals and ensure reversals are recorded properly.
• Prepare year-end audit schedules as needed and assist GAAP research.
• Support monthly financial reporting packages and variance analyses.
