Job summary

Oxxius, a Williston, VT-based leader in laser illumination, seeks a hands-on Senior Accountant to lead day-to-day accounting operations and strengthen financial processes. You will own accurate reporting, robust controls, and support growth with clear financial insight.

Working with leadership across the business, you will manage month-end close, cash flow forecasting, AP/AR, and cross-functional collaboration on billing, shipping, and costs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and timely reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Preferred: Experience with foreign currencies and international transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy.
• Close monthly books and prepare financial statements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
• Assist with domestic and international shipping compliance.
