Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Partner with departments such as FP&A, operations, and leadership to support business needs.
