Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations.
• Experience supporting payroll, employee benefits and more.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, regulatory reporting and process automation a plus.
• CPA required.
• Proficiency with HRIS/payroll, financial systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Financial reporting experience with strong focus on GAAP accounting.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, annual budgets, forecasts and more.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Managing regulatory filings.
• Maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Serving as primary accounting resource for payroll, employee benefits and more.
• Incentive calculations.
• Partnering with other departments to support employee compensation and benefit programs while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Continuous process improvements.
• Managing accounting, reporting, and payment processes.
• Serving as back-up resource for cost allocation and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.
