Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA track and/or public accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Accounts, reconciles, and reports debt service activities, investments, leases, assets, and bank activities.
• Maintains general ledger and reconciles statements; resolves discrepancies.
• Prepares complex monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepares footnote disclosures and supporting work papers for the financial statements.
• Participates in internal controls to safeguard university assets.
