Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) seeks a Senior Accountant to support financial health, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with departments, maintain records, and help ensure responsible resource management to enable program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/business with 3–5 years’ relevant experience or equivalent.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); advanced Excel preferred.
• Experience with transactional accounting practices.
• Experience with modern accounting/financial reporting platforms desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership of projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate financial information and strong financial management practices.
• Prepare and explain financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Support budgeting, grant financial management, and monitoring of resources.
• Provide guidance and tools to colleagues to simplify financial processes.
• Maintain financial records, reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction reviews.
• Support finance resources, processes, and audits to meet requirements.
