Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, account reconciliation, and close cycle experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience working within ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Preferred investment accounting experience.
• Lease accounting experience.
• Prior ERP implementation or conversion experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities and general ledger accounting
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and variance analyses
• Support financial reporting and ensure accuracy of accounting records
• Assist with ERP implementation and accounting process improvements
• Analyze financial data and provide operational insights
• Collaborate with finance and business teams on reporting initiatives
