Job summary

Right Choice Accounting Solutions LLC in Duluth, GA seeks a Staff/Senior Accountant to own day-to-day client accounting, keeping books accurate and on schedule. You’ll oversee bookkeeping, prepare journal entries, support month-end close, process payroll, and perform reconciliations while communicating clearly with clients and the team. Hybrid work after in-office training; Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience reviewing others' work, overseeing day-to-day productivity, and managing multiple clients' books (preferred).
• Working knowledge of US GAAP, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to keep team updated.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting work and keep every client on schedule.
• Review work for accuracy before it moves forward.
• Flag issues early and keep leadership updated on status.
• Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries.
• Support the full month-end close process.
• Process payroll for clients' employees and contractors.
