Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with full cycle month-end close.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily deposits and record daily sales reports.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and coordinate with the sales team.
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory journal entries.
• Process vendor invoices and manage payments per company policy.
• Lead key aspects of the monthly close process and prepare journal entries.
• Support the annual external audit and ensure compliance with sales and use tax filings.
• Manage special projects.
