Job summary

Tatum by Randstad is seeking an experienced senior accountant to support a high-growth professional services/healthcare client in California. The role is hybrid (2-3 days onsite) and focuses on month-end close, fixed asset accounting, and integration of acquired entities.

The ideal candidate has 3-4+ years in month-end close and inter-company accounting, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity (Sage/NetSuite/Great Plains).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting or finance is required.
• 3-4+ years of month end close and inter-company accounting is required.
• CPA or public accounting experience is desired.
• Intermediate excel skills are required, and prior experience with an ERP system like Sage, NetSuite, or Great Plains is desired.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month end close duties: balance sheet reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and journal entry preparation.
• Handle fixed asset accounting duties.
• Assist with integration work related to the newly acquired entities.
• Assist with year end responsibilities and preparing supporting schedules for the internal auditors.
• Special projects on an as needed basis.

The company is on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days onsite) and looking to bring on an experienced senior accountant to take on the following duties:
