Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC in Orange County is seeking a Senior Accountant, Hospitality for on-site duties across Market Hall, bar, and restaurant operations. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will monitor POS data, prepare journal entries, support budgeting/forecasting, and uphold GAAP standards for high-volume hospitality transactions. This position reports to the Hospitality Controller.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations-intensive accounting roles.
• Familiarity with hospitality, real estate, franchise, or entertainment environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting policies; ability to apply to high-volume transactions.
• Self-motivated, able to learn quickly and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing accounting systems and processes for new lines of business.
• Reconcile POS sales and record revenue in the F&B GL with correct categories.
• Reconcile daily settlements between POS and bank activity.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations across bank accounts.
• Record journal entries for month-end close.
