• Streamline month-end close to reduce reporting turnaround time
• Steer the freelance grant reporting that keeps funders confident
• Trim days off the AP cycle without straining a single vendor
• Forecast working capital tight enough to avoid a deeply technical cash crunch
• Stand up internal controls that survive a surprise audit
• Prepare board-ready financial packages and warm-yet-rigorous executive summaries
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision
