Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must pass criminal background checks and state registry checks.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial guidance and support for decision-making.
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff and provide training as needed.
