Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join a well-established organization experiencing growth. You will manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including general ledger reconciliations, and contribute to close processes with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and a willingness to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including general ledger account reconciliations
• Develops forecasts using multiple assumptions
• Reconciles bank statements
• Prepare journal entries for monthly close
• Prepares month-end reports, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries and required items for financial close to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to defined standards
• Assists with accounting-related projects and accounting research on an as-needed basis
• Records quarterly employee stock purchase plan transactions
• Maintain clear communication paths with stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs
