Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant in Lewisville, TX for a permanent on-site role. You will manage AP/AR, GL, and reporting to support business growth.

Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years in a similar role, GAAP knowledge, strong Excel and accounting software skills, and excellent communication. This position offers a competitive salary and solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR and general ledger processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software; GAAP knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AP, AR, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports as needed.
• Assist in monthly/yearly closings and bank reconciliations.
• Process electronic transfers and payments and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance team to improve processes and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions and forecasting.
