Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Vernon Hills, IL. You will manage day-to-day accounting, internal financial reporting, and financial analysis to support leadership decisions.

You will assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensure internal controls, and work on system/process improvements. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• ERP systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting, internal financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Assist with ME, QE and YE close.
• Analyzing and presenting financial statement results to leadership team.
• Provide financial insight for strategic business decisions.
• Provide financial analysis for variances, costs, expenses, KPI’s, etc.
• Compliance for financial reporting, including financial statements.
• Maintain, implement, and improve internal controls.
• Systems/process improvements.
