Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Assist with purchase accounting, acquisition accounting, and integration of newly acquired entities.
• Participate in multi-entity and consolidated financial reporting.
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance (ASC 606).
• Analyze financial data and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and support junior accounting professionals.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
