Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Four years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to research complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts with timely reconciliation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and close processes.
• Research and resolve complex accounting issues and document conclusions.
• Support grant and restricted-fund accounting and fixed assets activities.
