Position Summary

Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Accountant will:

• Conduct and review audit tests to support opinions on client financial statements.
• Develop skills and mentor others through coaching and engagement experiences.
• Build and maintain productive client relationships to enhance satisfaction.
• Display technical competence, business insight, and engage in relevant discussions.
• Consult on internal accounting transactions.
• Provide strategic accounting advice to clients.
• Review staff work and performance.
• Deliver exceptional client support both virtually and onsite.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in public accounting with in-charge responsibilities; experience with for-profit clients is a plus.
• Strong technical skills in US GAAP and audit software.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• CPA certification or eligibility is highly desirable.
