Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (required).
• 4+ years of solid accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP applications.
• Ability to interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and oral communication with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Transact general ledger accounting processes and manage month-end close activities.
• Provide accounting assistance to designated business units and departments.
• Prepare account reconciliations and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances.
• Reconcile intercompany, travel & expenses, equity, leases, fixed assets and intangibles; work with business units to address imbalances.
• Assist with monthly consolidated close and financial reporting package preparation.
• Support external reporting with footnotes and schedules as needed.
• Maintain documentation of procedures; identify opportunities to improve efficiencies.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audits; coordinate requests globally.
• Leverage IT systems to enhance closing/reporting; assist with implementations.
• Become a super user of financial reporting and planning tools; train and drive improvements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as requested by management.
