Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• ERP and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger records and ensure proper recording.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analyze variances.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to provide timely financial information to management.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Serve as backup for accounts payable as needed.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
• Provide guidance to accounting staff and contribute to special projects.
