Job summary

DingoBlu is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the general ledger and monthly close, reporting to the Controller. You will prepare journal entries, maintain reconciliations, and support the ERP implementation, helping build our accounting function from the ground up.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this on-site role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and thorough documentation of procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems; ability to produce journal entries and reports.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries across all areas of the business.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual close on schedule.
• Own general ledger integrity and chart of accounts.
• Prepare account reconciliations and maintain audit trails.
• Support ERP implementation and policy documentation.
• Assist in tax filings and external audits as needed.
