Job summary

DingoBlu is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the general ledger, perform monthly close, and maintain accounting policies. You will report to the Controller and work on balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial reporting under US GAAP.

This on-site role is based at our Charlotte, NC HQ with a hands-on, independent contributor focus. The role requires 5+ years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close.
• Experience with US GAAP and financial statement prep.
• Proficiency in ERP and journal entries.
• Strong documentation and control discipline.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own general ledger and month-end close, ensuring accuracy and on-time close.
• Prepare and own account reconciliations including cash, intercompany, and balance sheet items.
• Process vendor invoices, payroll, and related expense accounting with policy adherence.
• Support financial reporting, schedules, and IFRS/GAAP considerations as needed.
• Document procedures and assist in ERP integration and automation initiatives.
• Assist in audit readiness and internal controls over close and disbursements.
