Job summary

AllThrive 365 is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Phoenix, AZ location. You will maintain the general ledger and financial statements for program entities under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.

The ideal candidate has a BS in accounting with 4–5 years of GL experience andERP proficiency, especially Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will assist with budgeting, month-end close, audits, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 4–5 years of general ledger experience.
• ERP experience, Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements.
• Interface between finance and operations leadership.
• Assist with yearly budgeting and month-end close deadlines.
• Review payroll allocations and expense allocations.
• Prepare audit schedules and support documentation for auditors.
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, including intercompany.
• Maintain fixed assets, debt, and related schedules.
• Provide ad hoc reports to finance leadership as needed.
