Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr. Accountant to manage General Ledger tasks for multiple entities from Irvine, CA on-site. You will support AP/AR, assist month-end close, intercompany activity, and audits as part of the Accounting & Finance team.

The role requires a accounting degree, 2+ years GL experience, strong English fluency, and comfort with MS Office and accounting software. Masimo offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in GL function.
• Accounting degree or commercial diploma.
• Experience working in a US company and multinational environment is preferred.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written; other languages a plus.
• Pro-active, hands on mentality, motivated, team player.
• At ease with MS Office and accounting packages.

Responsibilities

• Expenses report analysis and reconciliations for several entities.
• Prepare monthly expense accruals and other journal entries.
• Month-end close for assigned entities; assist with intercompany bookings.
• Bank reconciliations for several entities.
• Monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
