Qualifications

• Three to five years of related experience.
• Experience with Colleague (Ellucian) and Synoptix is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general ledger and monthly close processes, including preparation of general journal entries.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of key accounts and bank statements; ensure subsidiary records agree with the general ledger.
• Manage accounting functions of administrative software systems and payment platforms.
• Perform monthly and annual reporting; assist with year-end audit papers.
• Generate reports and conduct account analysis; respond to information requests from campus community.
