Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience and/or audit with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or other robust ERP systems.
• Strong technical and analytical skills and knowledge of GAAP/SOX controls.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate and timely month-, quarter-, and year-end close procedures.
• Own end-to-end accounting areas including construction in progress, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and intangibles.
• Prepare footnotes and schedules for SEC reporting and assist with SOX compliance.
• Review contracts to determine proper US GAAP accounting and support external audits.
