Crocs, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Sr. Accountant to lead monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, and support internal controls. You will collaborate with audit teams, finance partners, and cross-functional groups to deliver accurate financial reports.

The role requires a bachelor's in accounting and 5+ years of accounting experience, with SOX and ERP/SAP familiarity. A competitive benefits package and incentive program are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience; public accounting a plus.
• Experience with US GAAP and SOX/internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; review quarter variance.
• Assist with external audit requests; support internal controls.
• Improve departmental quality; streamline processes with technology.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Payroll, and Tax teams.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support corporate functions.
• Maintain SOX documentation and controls.
• Support strategic accounting initiatives and team culture.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development.
