Job summary

Crocs, Inc., based in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a Staff Auditor to join the Global Internal Audit team. You will conduct audit engagements from planning to remediation, reporting findings to management, and work under supervision of the Senior Manager of Internal Audit at our Broomfield headquarters.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in business or finance, at least two years of internal audit experience, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of internal audit experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Professional designation (CIA, CFE, CISA, CPA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute audit engagements from planning through remediation.
• Communicate internal audit findings clearly to management.
• Support risk assessment and annual audit planning tasks.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of work.
• Collaborate with team members and learn new skills.
