Job summary

Global Ordnance LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to perform general accounting and financial reporting under GAAP. The role requires strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, intercompany accounting and job costing, with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years’ experience in accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge required.
• Experience with DCAA/DCMA audits is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains general ledger data per GAAP and organizational policies.
• Prepares monthly accruals and assists with monthly close and year-end reporting.
• Supports audits and preparation of audit materials.
• Performs account reconciliations and reviews GL activity.
• Reconciles contract assets/liabilities and project revenue.
• Assists inventory reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
